Susan has been at Hackney Council for 2.5 years, having spent most of her career in project management in digital agencies in the private sector. This has been her first experience of apprenticeships and it has been a rewarding experience seeing it through from recruitment right up to graduation. She'd recommend everyone to get involved in the scheme.
