Tim has been a leading figure in the Pro Audio industry for over 25 years. Having spent 15 years on the front line as technical director for one of the UK’s leading theatre sound rental houses, he took the opportunity to join the management team at Sennheiser UK as Technical Director, responsible for the service, engineering and artists relations teams across the manufacturer’s complete product portfolio. Here, he consolidated his expertise for mastering RF system design in the most complex and demanding of applications. After five years in this position, he was asked to help create Sennheiser’s global Customer Development Application Engineering team (CDAE), a global network of dedicated professional engineers who support Sennheiser sales teams and customers to make the impossible possible. Having just successfully completed a project to restructure Sennheiser’s professional

division into two distinct business units, Tim has accepted the role of Strategic Planning

Manager for the Professional Audio Business unit.

During this time, Tim has also completed his Diploma in Company Direction, accredited by the Institute of Directors, and is currently a Non-Exec Director for Headphone Revolution and Sonosphere.
