Tamara is the Founder and CEO of Live Better With, a healthcare platform that helps people with health conditions self-manage their side effects and symptoms.

She is also currently a Non-Executive Board Director of Nationwide Building Society where she also sits on the Technology Committee, and a NED of London & Partners where she also Chairs London & Partners Ventures.

Prior to Live Better With, Tamara was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she spent a decade in the healthcare practice, and led McKinsey’s knowledge and client work on entrepreneurship and technology clusters in life sciences, digital and technology. She was also a Founding Non-Exec Board Director of the UK's Scale-Up Institute.

She has published widely on high growth entrepreneurship and has presented at several global forums including TedXNHS, MIT, the G8 Innovation Conference and the World Bank.

Tamara has also founded three previous entrepreneurial ventures.

She has been widely recognized and received multiple awards, including in Management Today’s ’35 under 35’, The Wharton School’s ’40 under 40’, The Sunday Times Maserati 100, BusinessInsider UK’s Tech 100 and Computer Weekly’s Top 50 Influential Women in Tech.
