The Home Office to showcase ESN at Mission Critical Technologies 2018

The Inaugural Mission Critical Technologies conference and exhibition will welcome the Home Office to showcase its brand-new Emergency Services Network on the 13 to 14 June at the London ExCeL.

This will be a first opportunity for users to come face-to-face with some of the smart applications and tech that will be used over the state-of-the-art LTE network delivered by commercial operator EE.

Mission Critical Technologies Portfolio Manager Jackson Szabo said: “The Mission Critical Technologies event has been built to provide mission critical users with a platform to discuss developments in the latest technologies as well as see these innovations up close.

“ESN is a truly pioneering project that will revolutionise the way the UK emergency services work, allowing them to be better at keeping people safe through technology.

“Therefore we couldn’t be happier to host ESN and give users from the international community an opportunity to understand how it might work in field and how it will support mission critical operations.”

Alongside the exhibition, attendees will also be able to gain insight and exclusive knowledge sharing through the Mission Critical Technologies Summit, a two-track conference that will have sessions focused on wearable technologies, communications, command & control solutions and drones & UAVs.

In addition to the conference, attendees can also take part in several closed-door briefings, roundtable discussions and product demo’s.

The event, hosted as the public safety arm of London Tech Week, will also welcome many pioneering and disruptive solution providers including Capita, Audax and ALX Systems.

The Mission Critical Technologies event is organised by KNect365, an Informa business. KNect365 organises over 100 events a year in the Technology, Media & Telecom space including the largest mission critical communications event worldwide – IWCE, taking place on the 5-9 March, Orlando, Florida.
