Ade Hutchinson is an experienced Police officer having served both in Detective and Plain clothes roles. Operationally his last post was in a challenging East London Borough where he worked in partnership with the local authority and third sector to deliver a nationally recognised anti gang strategy. Currently the MPS Programme Director for ESN and Tetra radios he is the national Police ESN handset lead.

Ade introduced mobile working into the MPS, led the world`s largest roll out of Body Worn Video and developed the MPS INK Biometric solution, both projects winning the Commissioners Excellence award. Believing passionately in driving out cost through innovation and industry engagement he has been active in bringing together Forces to work with suppliers.
