Andy is a highly experienced Paramedic and Control Room manager with over 20 years of experience at both local and national level. He is currently studying for an MSc in Systems Thinking and is the immediate past chair of the European Emergency Number Association Operations Committee and a Fellow of the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch. He has consulted from Ecuador to Malaysia and many places in between for both the public and privates sectors, and has authored or co-authored over 10 peer-reviewed publications on control Room activity.
