Benjamin is Data Developer/Analyst at the Paris Fire Brigade. He is certain that emergency services have nowadays a great opportunity to improve their service, thanks to the latest technical advances. By giving managers a better view of the activity and optimizing the relief allocation process, resources will be better exploited and more lives will be saved. He has been working on that problem and proposed solutions. By lack of working force these solutions haven't been implemented yet.

A graduate in computer science at National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts of Paris, began his first seven years of working life as firefighter in Paris from simple firefighter to watch manager. He has always sought and enjoyed helping others, that's why he chooses at first this path. But computer enthusiast and amazed by the advances in data science, he fell back into the path that his academic background should have brought him to reconcile the two facets of his personality.
