Chris is Product Manager for control room solutions at Sopra Steria, and a consultant specialising in critical communications and operational command across the government, defence and security environment.

As a former senior police officer Chris has held the posts of Head of the Force Control Room, deputy head of policing on the London Underground and deputy head of Counter Terrorism Support.

Chris is founding Vice Chairman of the International Critical Control Rooms Alliance.
