Profile

Frank has worked across a broad range of roles in the UK Home Office including policy, legislation, technology and international. He has delivered front line border control for UK Border Force (in France). He has been Private Secretary to the Minister for Immigration, led for the UK on passport chip security in Brussels, represented the UK on the management board of eu-LISA, and has worked on biometric and mobile strategy.

Since retiring from the Civil Service in 2015 Frank has remained active in these fields and continues to Chair the EU working group on law enforcement mobile, ENLETS Mobile.
