Jessica is passionate about using technology and social psychology to solve complex challenges that will contribute to a safer, happier and more sustainable future.

At techUK, Jessica manages the Justice and Emergency Services programme which aims to support the justice and blue lights sector deliver their digital ambitions. Key themes for the programme are interoperability, data-driven and digitally enabled policing (including the role of ethics) and multi-agency working for improved citizen safety outcomes.

Jessica grew up in Australia, speaks French and Italian, and holds a Master of Policing, Intelligence and Counter-terrorism and a Bachelor of International & Global Studies.
