Jimmy Cockerton is the UK police lead in the Microsoft Public Safety and National Security team with 20 years’ experience delivering digital transformation at a local, regional and national level.

Jimmy is responsible for the Microsoft police strategy in the UK helping to deliver digital solutions and enable business change that drives positive transformation outcomes for the police service, the public and the criminal justice system.

Prior to joining Microsoft Jimmy worked for a number of organisation such as o2 Telefonica and Capita as well as over 8 years in policing working in local forces, regional units and on national programmes.
