Hitachi Vantara is known for providing superb technology and analytics capability to many large commercial organisations, where multi-faceted data from numerous sources is brought together to create value. The Hitachi Digital Evidence Management Service (HDEM) has been developed to deliver an answer to one of the meatiest challenges in Policing: how to optimise the gathering of all the different strands of digital evidence into one place - quickly – then assimilating it and enabling ease of access to all the content by investigators where they can visualise complexity, get to the truth quickly, share content with the CPS and others - and bring suspects to Justice more effectively than ever before. This is technology applied to deliver social impact.

Matt lives with his wife and four children in Staffordshire.
