As MUPNet TETRA network project was started in 1997, I was involved from the beginning as a designer of that radio communication system, from implementing the voice service to data features, like AVL / automatic vehicle location and data query. During 2008 I was teaching at the Police academy, subject: Radio communications in everyday use in Police forces. Since 2017, I am guest teacher at University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica.
During 2015 and 2016, I was coordinator for the Croatian MoI in the BROADMAP project. Involved in project BroadWay as a chair of Technical Validation Committee.
Having more than 20 years of experience in digital radio-communications system, keeping operational MUPNet TETRA system from day-to-day, having contacts with users regarding their requirements, brought me considerable experience with previously acquired knowledge.
