Innocenzo Genna is a legal and strategy consultant advising on European telecoms and Internet regulations. He also provides public comments as a tech expert for various newspapers and via his professional blog RadioBruxellesLibera (https://radiobruxelleslibera.com). Since February 2023 he has been appointed legal advisor to the Italian Digital Transformation Department, a branch of the Prime Minister Office. He has been holding executive tasks in various European trade organizations dealing with telecoms and Internet, including Euroispa, MVNO Europe, ECTA and the European Internet Forum. He’s currently member of the Advisory Board of Iliad Italia, while he also served as General Counsel for Tiscali S.p.A.. At beginning of his career, he was a partner attorney at Ughi e Nunziante, a leading Italian law firm based in Rome and Milan, where he dealt mainly with European, competition and ICT law cases.
