She has led global teams in major telco brands in the UK, Australia and New Zealand in the domains of business transformation, marketing, product delivery and service design. Tanya was a founding team member of Australian MVNO OVO Mobile alongside a formidable data science and telco team.

SourseAI was founded by Tanya Hyams-Young and Matt Jones from their shared experiences working within MVNOs and Operators that were steeped with data, starved from insights and stunted by gut feel decision making.

Tanya is a tech and AI leader, with 20+ years’ experience in telco, tech, media, finance, and insurance. She is committed to revolutionising experiences through AI and data.
