Sandro Tavares has 20 years of international experience in the telecoms industry, holding positions in sales and marketing, and participating in industry breakthroughs such as the launch of the One Voice Initiative for VoLTE.

He has worked with the Nokia family of companies for more than 15 years, and currently is Head of Cloud Core Marketing for the Mobile Networks business group, being. Previously, he served as Head of Business Development for Telco Cloud in Americas, overseeing our sales and business development activities for Telco Cloud and Data Center infrastructure in the region. His topics of coverage include Cloud Computing, NFV, DevOps, Subscriber Data Management, Data Center Infrastructure and VoLTE/VoWiFi.

Sandro is based in Dallas/TX and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidade de Brasilia, and an MBA from Fundacao Dom Cabral in Brazil.
