Serge has spent 15 years in the industry developing my technical expertise in wireless data. Starting with 4 years of software development and architecture design in cellular data, he continued on to work 11 years as an expert in global standards. Ranging from requirements and architecture (Stage 2) to detailed Stage 3 text development ranging from 3G MAC layer to the latest WiMAX and EPC based access/core networks across a number of forums including 3GPP, 3GPP2, WiMAX, and OMA.
