Sharif Fotouh is the Managing Director for Compass EdgePoint, which provides edge computing solutions that provide companies with a unified IT infrastructure from the core to the edge. Sharif is the co-founder of EdgePoint Systems and joined Compass via acquisition. Prior to founding EdgePoint, Sharif worked for Google where he founded and led the company’s national network facilities and deployment engineering program. Sharif is a recognized voice within the IT and data center industries, particularly on the topic of edge computing and distributed IT infrastructure. Sharif is a graduate of the University of Texas.
