As manager of the Network Sales Engineering team at Fujitsu Network Communications, Vibha Chhatwal is deeply committed to nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Her team designs technical models for the evolving network infrastructure needs of network operator and service provider customers, engaging closely with these businesses to better serve their subscribers.

Among her previous roles at Fujitsu, Vibha was Executive Business Partner in the office of the COO, supporting both C-level business and organizational goals and initiatives for four lines of business – optical, wireless, software and services. She has also worked on the Fujitsu Product Planning and Software Engineering teams.

She holds five USPTO communications network patents related to path computation and network reach algorithm, among other areas.

As an influential advocate for girls in STEM and women in tech, she was the co-founder and co-chair for Women's Innovative Network, the Fujitsu ERG for women in the Americas (first and largest).

Vibha received an M.Sc. in computer science from the University of Florida at Gainesville, and an MBA from University of Texas at Austin. On a daily basis, Vibha is intentional about making the most of her awake-time (which includes work, family, friends, community and dancing with her little daughter)!
