David Hughes has served as Vice President – IP Engineering at PCCW Global for 15 years. He is responsible for PCCW Global’s IP backbone network and supporting infrastructure and services. For the past 3 years, Mr. Hughes has focused on evolving PCCW Global’s data centers and development of NfV in support of the IP network. Prior to PCCW Global, Mr. Hughes served 3 years as Director, IP Networks at CAIS and 9 years at Intelsat developing distributed systems satellite ground control networks.
