He has architected and built a number of 5G private networks in the UK, including the 5G RuralFirst and 5G RuralDorset networks, and brings together hands-on technical expertise with practical experience in the application of policy and regulation around private network deployments.

He has extensive international experience on technical integration and compatibility in complex mobile network deployments, and has advised on cyber-security and communications resilience across a wide range of sectors including financial services, agriculture and technology companies.
