Saul has worked in spectrum regulation and wireless technologies for over twenty years. As associate director at LS telcom UK, Saul has worked on a wide range of technical projects relating to spectrum management, policy and regulation. Saul has helped clients understand the regulations around authorisation of spectrum for private 5G networks and is supporting the European Commission’s 5G Observatory in this area.
