This award recognises the most significant or connectivity service or solution for cars or commercial vehicles. This can be a end-user facing service, or a b2b solution between ecosystem partners that enhances connected vehicle capability. Entrants are required to describe the service, assess in comparison with competitive or similar products, examples of how the service/solution was developed, how it was commercially successful and how it has improved the end user experience.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of the service, how it adds value or improvements to either product maker or consumer
  • Specific characteristics which make the service unique and successful
  • A demonstration of the benefit to product makers or insurers with case study examples where appropriate
  • An explanation of the KPIs by which success has or will be measured

Innovation in Connected Insurance Services

This award recognises the most innovative connected insurance product or offering for consumers. Entrants are required to describe the product, explain its defining features against competitive products and how technology has been used in an innovative way, and how it has improved the end-user experience.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of the connected insurance product
  • Specific characteristics which make the product unique and innovative
  • A demonstration of the benefit to consumers and end users with case study examples where appropriate
  • An explanation of the KPIs by which success has or will be measured

Innovation in Automotive

This award recognises the most forward thinking m-a-a-s solution for consumers. Entrants are required to describe the platform, explain its defining features and what makes it stand apart from similar offerings, the potential benefits for end-users and urban areas.

Judges will look for:

  • An outline of the service, how it improves mobility and presents new options to end users
  • Specific characteristics which make the product unique and successful
  • A demonstration of the benefit to consumers with case study examples where appropriate
  • An explanation of the KPIs by which success has or will be measured
