Connected Cars ’17 Dinner and Party

Join us at the Bluebird Restaurant, the previous home of the Bluebird Motor Company for an evening of networking on 29th June. Delegates attending this dinner will join 100 other dinner attendees in an informal environment.

OEM Meeting Rooms

We recognise the importance of having some discussions behind closed doors in the automotive sector. To make this possible we have provided meeting space to major automaker OEMs at Connected Cars ’17.

Currently we have confirmed Bentley, Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo Trucks, Skoda, SEAT and Renault to host meeting rooms.

Event App

The official networking app for Connected Cars ’17 will soon be available to access via your desktop/laptop and download to your mobile.

Those with exhibition only passes can:

  • Respond to messages from conference delegates.
  • View the latest conference agenda and schedule your day.
  • View the latest information on our sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Change your profile.

Those with conference and expo plus passes can do all of the above, plus:

  • Contact all attendees and schedule meetings.

Hosted Lunch Tables

Informa Hosted Lunch Tables – your chance to actually build relationships and spend time with people at a conference!

We’ve identified that during the hustle and bustle of normal conferences you don’t always get to meet some of the most important delegates. What happened to that really amazing speaker you wanted to swap business cards with, or even better, get to know him or her properly?

Our hosted lunch tables are a way to ensure that this happens. Open to all delegates, taking part in this really informal session means you can get a decent chance to actually build relationships with the right people.

How do they work?

  • We’ll get 6-8 of our best speakers, those who you’d want to meet, and book them in to host a lunch table
  • You can reserve seats in advance or on the day (be aware they are often very popular so the sooner the better!)
  • You just have to turn up for lunch and sit down. Easy!
