Amar Senan is a software engineer turned investment banker with experience on Wall Street and a successful track record of working closely with CEOs and boards of companies in sectors such as cybersecurity, cloud computing, infrastructure software and managed services. He has advised startup companies from their Series A to exit stages, as well as public companies on IPOs, equity and debt financings, and on their mergers and acquisitions strategies. Amar has engineering degrees: BEng (Electrical) and MEng (Systems) from RMIT; a BSc in Economics (Trade, Industrial Policy & Banking) from the University of London; and a Masters (International Business) from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
