Avi is the Head of Tech Diversity and Digital Inclusion Policy at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. Before working in government he spent two years in and around the Israeli tech R & D ecosystem and worked for 10 years in international charities and NGO's on education and infrastructure in the Middle East and the UK. He is married with two children and on the downside, supports Arsenal.
