Carin has over 20 years’ experience in creating compelling (some even rule-defining & award-winning) products, in 5 different countries, for renowned international brands like Sony, American Express, BBC, and Orange.

She obtained a Master in Industrial Design Engineering in the Netherlands, and evolved from a Product Designer (about 7 years) into a Programmer (10 years), then Manager (3 years), and finally UX & Concept Designer (3 years) - with some roles overlapping - before becoming the Innovation Lab's ‘Technology Innovation Strategist’ at TUI UK & Ireland in 2016, where she now plays a key role in defining the strategy for innovative customer products and services.
