Charlene Laidley is a recognised United Nations Women Global ChangeMaker and is the founder of the FutureProof Foundation, a global consultancy company which helps corporations to close their gender and ethnicity gender pay gap. She is the winner of the 2018 London Stock Exchange International Women’s Day Award in recognition of her contribution to inspiring the next generation and driving economic growth and was named as one of 30 ChangeMakers to watch in 2018 by the Ambassadors at London Tech Week.

Before dedicating her career to tackling gender inequality, Charlene had a successful career in the luxury goods and fashion industry working in brand management for organisations such as Burberry, LVMH, Unilever and The Mayor of London. Charlene is currently studying entrepreneurship at the world renown University of Cambridge Judge Business School where she is working on leveraging technology to find a scalable solution to close the gender and ethnicity gender pay gap.
