Francesca is a seed investor, currently at Seraphim Capital, which is the only fund globally that is dedicated to investing in space technologies. She is also the co-founder and CEO of Diversity VC, a non-profit group, made up of interested individuals working in venture capital, who seek to increase diversity of thought in the venture industry. Diversity VC run events throughout the year for VCs and entrepreneurs. Previously Francesca worked at seed fund Downing Ventures, which was one of London’s most active funds between September 2014-2016. Francesca also worked on the graduate scheme at the UK's biggest creative agency, AMV BBDO.
