James is a Corporate Audit partner at Moore Stephens, focused on working with fast growing private companies predominately in the technology and media sectors. Prior to joining Moore Stephens James spent 11 years at a Big Four firm in London where he was part of their ‘Fast Growth Companies Programme’ advising entrepreneurial and fast growing businesses. In addition to this, James was responsible for leading the audits across a range of companies including private businesses, Private Equity backed businesses, AIM listed and main market listed entities. He also gained experience of working on IPOs and other capital market transactions. Prior to this, James was the Financial Controller of a fast growing AIM listed technology business in the digital imaging and retail sector.

James provides pragmatic, commercially driven advice in areas of accounting, governance and controls and regulatory compliance.
