The company, Softcoza Developers CC was registered in 2009 as a close corporation and started its proper operation on 15th July 2010. We are a research and development start-up company in ICT.

In 2018, we got approved for financial assistance by Department of Economic affairs through our incubator ECITI for developing our smart airport solution further to be in commercialization stage so we may implement it at our first airport as proof of concept.

In 2016, we developed a smart trolley prototype in which we got funding from ACSA enterprise development program.

In May 2011, Softcoza entered for the business grant from SPII under IDC to develop an RFID smart-trolley solution prototype for retail stores and supermarkets and have already completed it. The system was developed using C#.NET and MySQL database management system.

Softcoza Developers CC specializes mainly in mobile applications and software development, but also offers other services like webpage hosting, networking, custom IT solutions, IT consultation, and remote assistance.

Our main target for the smart trolley solution are airports all over the world and the first target is the O.R Tambo international airport located in Johannesburg since they are the first ones we approached and government organisations.

Our main objective is to foresee growth in the Information Technology industry internationally and utilise opportunities as they come.

Our vision is to be the best software company in South Africa hence the name Softcoza which stands for, Software Company South Africa.
