Ludvig is newly appointed Vice President and Head of Network Applications and Cloud Infrastructure at Ericsson for South East Asia and Oceania since Sept 2016. He is responsible for the Ericsson offering in this domain Products, Services and Solutions and is based in Singapore.  

Prior to current position, Ludvig was Vice President and head of Customer Solutions in Japan, responsible for Ericsson’s entire offerings in that market, Radio Access, Cloud & Core Infrastructure as well as Digital Business Systems.   

Ludvig has extensive experience from Asia Pacific, been based since 2004 in APAC, of which last 2 years in Japan, previous 6 years in China and before that in Singapore.  

In China Ludvig was heading Regional Marketing for Ericsson North East Asia as well as responsible for Portfolio Domain Cloud & IP for the same Region, based out of Beijing China for 6 years since 2008.   

Since he started his career at Ericsson’s Headquarters in the Sweden in 1999, Ludvig has acquired a deep understanding in end user requirements and operators’ challenges during his various sales and product management positions in Mexico for the Telcel Account, at Vodafone in U.K and at Wireline Business Unit in Sweden. 

 Ludvig enjoys sports and is an accomplished marathon and endurance athlete having completed numerous races including Ironman Triathlons as well as the Ultra Trail Mont Blanc (UTMB) and Ultra Trail Mount Fuji (UTMF) 100-mile races. With his family, he enjoys skiing, surfing and mountaineering.    

Ludvig holds a Master of Science Degree (M.Sc.) in International Business Administration from the University of Lund, Sweden.
