Senior industry executive with over 20 years of experience in content monetisation, commercial and editorial strategies. I have worked with leading media companies, online and cloud-based service providers, developing strategic partnerships, monetising content, and products, and creating editorial propositions.

Starting in NatGeo/Fox where I raised to the level of a Regional Director, overseeing P&L for Fox channels in CEE, I have then progressed my career at NBC Universal, A+E Networks, Scripps/Discovery, Endemol Shine Group, and currently BBCS, working in European and EMEA markets. I led digital monetisation strategy for the production studios’ catalogues and oversaw a shift from single to multi-screen exploitation for pay TV providers. I have been ranked as one of Top 50 VOD Professionals in UK, I’m also an experienced speaker, happy to share my journey in the transformation of the content monetisation models.

In my current role, Head of VOD EMEA, I oversee editorial product development for BBCS affiliate Players, (Players which are fully integrated into the affiliate platforms and form companionship to the linear channels). I also hold responsibility for an editorial strategy, account and growth managemen for FAST channels in the region.

At a personal level, I thrive on curiosity and innovation, combined with creativity, which inspire me to challenge the status quo and seek out new angles to transform the business.
