David is from a Network and IT Service Management background with a particular focus on day 2 operations, application modernisation and multicloud management. He is passionate about ensuring IT adds value to the business!

David joined IBM via the Micromuse acquisition in 2005, prior to Micromuse he was 7 years as a Principal Consultant with Fujitsu Services.
