Jamie is a Retail Account Manager taking technologies to market for Retailers to improve the way they do things. He has a keen interest in learning more about the Industry and where it will be going, especially post-COVID. He believes that the business challenges retailers are and will be facing, can be looked at with a new lens and that technology can provide the answer to them. He has a particular focus on areas such as integration, DevOps and cloud management, where he likes to translate the capabilities to the business value it would provide. He enjoys the problem-solving side of things and believes that with the correct understanding, knowledge and communication, he can help improve the way Retailers move forward.
