Fiona joined NatWest Group in 1996, as part of the Technology graduate programme. She is currently Head Service Delivery & Operational Resilience for the Group and has over 20 years experience in the Bank, leading and working predominantly in IT, change management, business management, audit and operational risk.
Fiona holds Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Strathclyde Business School and during her time with NatWest Group has worked in many different functions and franchises including Personal Banking, Group Change Management, Technology and Citizens Financial Group in the US. Prior to being appointed in her current role, Fiona was Head Technology Controls (the first line IT risk function).
