Mark first joined Omdia in 2009 and works with digital service providers, technology vendors and broadcasters / contents rights holders to understand their business objectives and to design, manage and deliver consulting solutions to drive their growth strategies.
Recent projects include –
- Working with a telecoms equipment provider to develop a go-to-market strategy to win business in the media and entertainment vertical.
- Helping a telecoms equipment provider to challenge perceived market misconceptions through the development of a 2020/2021 positioning strategy and associated communications plan for its 5G product group.
- Working with multiple technology vendors to analyse customer expectations and create messages focused on the right target audience, increasing the value and effectiveness of subsequent marketing campaigns and content.
In 2019, Mark spoke during Mobile World Congress and at AfricaCom, on topics ranging from digital transformation in Telcos, to the impact of AI on the future of the workforce.
