Sev is an Aerospace and Defence and Telecoms specialist with more than 12 years of experience in industry as R&D engineer leading the design, prototyping and product development of air and space borne telecommunications systems. Her experience includes systems design and Research and Development (R&D) management at Airbus Defence and Space in France where she received an open innovation award, the lead of an Oxford based robotics team which trialed a planetary exploration rover and its instruments, and spacecraft on-board computers design at the European Space Agency in The Netherlands.

Sev has worked across Europe with major international groups in Telecoms and Aerospace and Defence as an engineering consultant helping her clients transform their R&D and turn innovation into growth.
