Security
Exhibitors are required to staff their stands at all times, including during coffee breaks, lunches, and receptions. Any items left unattended, such as laptop computers, remain the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor. Informa Connect assumes no liability for any loss or damage.
Your Stand - Table Top
Your Table Top stand includes:
- One 6’ long x 2’ wide table with table skirt and 2 chairs
- Approximately 2’ space off to the side of your table for a free-standing banner or poster
- Easel stand, power outlet, or AV rental, are available upon request
- 1 x power outlet
Please also note that all table top exhibitors are strictly prohibited from hanging, or sticking, anything to the walls of the hotel. The full guidelines for table top exhibitors are available here.

Register Your Staff
All staff must be registered on the Exhibitor Portal. After your welcome email from us you will receive an email from Customer Success enabling you to register your staff.
Please ensure you register your staff no later than 22nd of March.
If you need a visa to attend the event, please contact SP-CustomerSuccess@informa.com who can assist you with receiving the letter to support your VISA application.

If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Connect staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
