Exhibitors should man their stands at all times, including during coffee breaks, lunches and receptions. Items left on the stand unattended i.e laptop computers are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Informa Tech take no responsibility for any loss, or damage.

Your Stand - Table Top
Your Table Top stand includes:
- One 6’ long x 2’ wide table with table skirt and 2 chairs
- Approximately 2’ space off to the side of your table for a free-standing banner or poster
- Easel stand, power outlet, or AV rental, are available upon request

If you have not already done so, please email the most up to date version of the below types of logos plus your company profile to email@example.com as soon as possible.

Register Your Staff
All staff must be registered on Exhibitor Portal. After your welcome email from us you will receive an email from email@example.com enabling you to register your staff.
Please ensure you register your staff no later than 11th of March.
If you need a visa to attend the event, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org who can assist you with receiving the letter to support your VISA application.
Plan Your Travel
The cost of any flights, trains or transfers are not included, please arrange your own travel if necessary.
We would like to encourage visitors to use public transports to get to the venue where possible.

Parcels for Cable Next-Gen Technologies & Strategies 2024 may be delivered up to three (3) days prior to the event. The shipment must be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the hotel. Parcels should be addressed to:

The hotel requires advanced notice of the shipment and number of boxes. If you plan on sending any parcels to the hotel, please let us know so we can inform the hotel about them.
Boxes should be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5, etc. Deliveries of more than (1) one box will be assessed a handling fee.
The hotel handling fees are as follows:
- 2-5 boxes, $5.00 per box;
- 6-25 boxes, $10.00 per box.
- The fee for more than 26 boxes or boxes of unusual size or weight will be negotiated. Any large boxes or any materials requiring handling and delivery will be assessed an additional $250.00 flat fee.
Please make prior arrangements to have your boxes returned to your organization. Should the hotel ship your boxes back to your organization they will be subject to a handling fee of $10.00 per box and $100.00 per pallet. Any large boxes or any materials requiring handling and delivery will be assessed an additional $250.00 flat fee. The Sales Office must be notified in advance to assure proper acceptance of these items. Boxes left behind one week, will be discarded.
If shipping a pallet, please let your freight provider know that the hotel does not have a proper loading dock at the hotel, and they will need to do final delivery via a lift-gate truck.
Hotel will not be responsible for any shipping charges, damages or loss to any packages or boxes.

Participants asked to stop any behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant or sponsor engages in behavior that violates this code of conduct, Informa Tech staff may take action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.
