How do I get passes?
Registration is live – secure your pass now!
What are the steps to register as an attendee for the event?
1. Visit the Registration Page
Go to CABLE NEXT-GEN REGISTRATION and start your registration by entering your email address.
2. Fill Out the Registration Form
Provide your personal details, company information, and payment details (if applicable).
3. Submit Your Registration
Review all the information you’ve entered and submit your registration.
4. Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your registration and event access.
I have a question about my registration. Who can I contact?
Our registration team is available to assist with any questions, including submitted details, payment processing, and pass options. Please reach out to the Registration Team at sp-events@informatech.com and ensure you provide as much information as possible for a quick resolution.
Do you offer group booking rates?
Cable Next Gen does not offer group rates.
How can I verify if my registration was successful?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your registration and event access.
How can I update or upgrade my registration?
To update or upgrade an existing registration, contact the Registration Team at sp-events@informatech.com for assistance.
What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel, change/upgrade, or substitute your pass, please email the Registration Team at sp-events@informatech.com.
Policy: You may receive a refund if you cancel by January 27, 2026 (57 days or more before the event), subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your fees plus taxes (if applicable). No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after January 28, 2026 (56 days or less before the event) or for failure to attend. Cancellations affecting multi-registration discounts will cancel the lowest-value registration first. No cancellations are allowed once pre-event networking or platforms have been accessed. To cancel your registration, email sp-events@informatech.com.
