Chandelle Boulet is Senior Director of Technology Strategy & Planning at Charter Communications, where she drives broadband initiatives from concept to large-scale execution. Previously known for leading Charter’s technical readiness for DAA/RPHY, Chandelle built high-performing teams, streamlined multi-vendor engineering, and delivered rigorous testing and certification processes. With a proven track record in technical leadership, Chandelle’s experience includes multibillion-dollar engineering roadmap creation, strategic risk management, and leading through organizational change. Chandelle holds an MBA from the University of Denver, where she was also afforded the opportunity to teach and serve on the MSBA advisory board.
