Charles serves as Vantiva’s Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the company's technology strategies for the next 3-5 years. Collaborating with leading service providers globally, he plays a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge wired and wireless access services, home broadband, video, and IoT solutions, essential components of consumers' daily digital lifestyles.

Over the past 12 years, Charles has concentrated on the consumer home domain, focusing on the technologies and products necessary to complement services provided by global service providers. He has forged close partnerships with prominent silicon companies to foster innovation in product and service delivery, particularly in areas such as Wi-Fi and emerging fields like health and telemedicine. A frequent speaker at industry events, Charles is recognized for his influential contributions in shaping the future of connected consumer home experiences.

Charles held the position of CTO at CommScope Home Networks until January 2024, when it was acquired by Vantiva. He has also held executive and senior management roles at ARRIS Inc, Com21 Inc, and Apple.

Together with the Vantiva team, Charles remains committed to driving industry-leading consumer connectivity and video solutions for service providers and emerging markets.
