Profile
Mr. Perlitz works with a wide range of investor clients and thus can finance varying risk profiles from high yield to highly-rated issues. For the first 10 years of his career worked within the technology sectors innovating several industry first, IPTV, and wireless VOIP networks including working for the Colorado Governor’s Office of Innovation and Technology on the MTN – Multi-Use Communications Network connecting Rural Colorado. He also advises several other states looking to deploy fiber networks to serve underserved/unserved markets. Since stepping into investment banking in 2003, he’s developed two notable niches as an underwriter / advisor for both USDA Rural Development and Broadband. He works closely with Federal Programs to assist government agencies, non-profits, and for profit borrowers in Rural America to leverage the Federal lending programs, Capital Market securitizations, and private placements. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and actively works with non-profits in the Denver with his wife and two sons and enjoys the Rocky Mountains via cycling, tennis, golf, climbing, and backcountry skiing.
