Claudir Moretti is currently the Senior Leader of Enterprise Architecture & Partner Pre-sales for the Americas at Blue Planet. In this role, his responsibilities include guiding portfolio solutions to address customers' business challenges and defining transformation paths for their success. He also supports Blue Planet Partners by providing enablement around the Blue Planet portfolio, assisting them in building solutions for their end customers.

With over 30 years of experience in the Telecom, Media and High-Tech industry, prior to joining Ciena | Blue Planet in 2025, Claudir has had various leadership roles as Sales Partner, Program Director, Chief Software Architect, and Principal Consultant, working for top-tier high-technology and IT managing consulting companies like CSG Inc., Ericsson, Accenture and Ernst & Young.

With vast experience in architecting BSS & OSS solutions successfully Claudir led IT digital transformation programs from sales-to-delivery across diverse regions, including the USA, Canada, Latin America, Caribbean, and South Korea.

Claudir holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science by University of Sao Paulo (USP). He is post graduated (stricto sensu) in Computer Science by University of Campinas (UNICAMP). Multilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish, he resides in Dallas, Texas – USA
