Freddy Lara is an electronic engineer with a specialisation in telecommunications projects. He graduated from the Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and has more than 25 years of experience in the design, promotion, and sale of end-to-end and integral telecommunications solutions, software, services, and digital transformation.

Throughout his career, he has held senior positions in companies such as Huawei, ZTE, ETB, and Siemens. Freddy Lara has a deep understanding of market dynamics, and among his duties, he is responsible for leading the expansion of JSC Ingenium in America, identifying new business opportunities, and enabling the region's MNOs and MVNOs to benefit from state-of-the-art, scalable solutions tailored to their evolving needs.
