Mathieu Hercyk is an accomplished IT and cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience in managing complex IT systems, security strategies, and operational frameworks. He currently serves as the Senior Director of OSS & BSS at Cogeco (covering for USA and CAN activities), a role he has held since February 2019. In this capacity, Mathieu is responsible for overseeing the organization’s Operations Support Systems (OSS) and Business Support Systems (BSS), ensuring that technology platforms and business processes are efficiently aligned with strategic objectives. He has also led significant transformation programs that have improved operational efficiency and enhanced the company's technology infrastructure.

Previously, Mathieu was the Senior Director of IT/Architecture & Security at Cogeco Connexion, where he led initiatives in IT strategy, security architecture, and vendor management, contributing to the company’s overall technological and operational security posture. He served as the Information Security Director at Cogeco Connexion from 2011 to 2019, where he developed and managed the organization’s information security programs, safeguarding critical data and infrastructure.
