Michael Kozlowski is the Head of Metro Dark Fiber at Zayo, where he leads strategy, growth, and operational execution for one of the industry’s most critical fiber infrastructure portfolios. In this role, he is responsible for expanding metro dark fiber networks that power hyperscale, enterprise, and carrier ecosystems across key markets.

Prior to joining Zayo in August 2025, Michael served as a Principal Consultant at Cloud Outcomes, specializing in accelerating digital transformation for cable, telecommunications, and networking technology companies. With a proven track record guiding billion-dollar technology portfolios, he leverages deep expertise in product strategy, infrastructure scaling, and financial performance to fuel growth and unlock profitability.

Throughout his career, Mike has held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations including Windstream, Comcast, Frontier Communications, and Lumen, where he led large-scale product, network, and technology initiatives.
