Mike Whitley is Vice President of Access Network Products at ATX Networks. He leads the company’s outside plant actives operations, driving product development and product introduction efforts. Mike was a co-author of the SCTE 1.8GHz Actives Working Group. A 30-year-veteran of the cable industry, Mike was Senior System Engineering Manager at Cisco, focused on HFC, Next-Gen Cable Access and Distributed Access Architectures (DAA), prior to joining ATX in January 2021. He also held leadership roles at Antec, ARRIS and Scientific-Atlanta. Mike currently lives in Atlanta. He earned a BSEE degree from Colorado State University.
