Paul Broadhurst is the President, Founder, and Group Chief Executive Officer of Technetix Group Ltd., which he established in 1990. Over more than three decades, he has led the company’s transformation from a small start‑up into a global leader in advanced broadband technology, serving major network operators across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Under his leadership, Technetix has become known for engineering excellence, technical innovation, and a deep commitment to helping operators expand network capacity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce total cost of ownership.

Technetix holds more than 150 global patents and has pioneered breakthrough solutions across FTTx access networks, DOCSIS 3.1 and DOCSIS 4.0‑ready HFC architectures, mobile platforms, and advanced power and automation systems. The company continues to shape the evolution of next‑generation broadband networks, including AI‑driven automation technologies that support the industry’s move toward more intelligent and resilient infrastructure.

Paul holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Liverpool and an M.Sc. in Microwave and Optics from University College London. He is a Chartered Engineer, a European Engineer (Eur Ing.), and a member of both the IET and IEEE. He was inducted into the Cable TV Pioneers Class of 2020 and serves on several industry boards, including the SCTE Foundation and The Cable Center’s Syndeo Institute.
